A major focus of the upline on a 3 way call should be to communicate the following to the prospect:

  1. Your success must come before our success
  2. If we are investing our time with you and we are not making any money it is because you are not making any money
  3. We are on the phone with you because our only goal is to make money which means you have to make money
  4. Our primary interest is that you will make money
