4 elements required for successful recruiting

The following 4 elements are required for successful recruiting.

They are usually provided by the company or the upline leaders.  If any of them are not available it is up to the agents who want to be  successful leaders to create them

  1. Recorded Call 
    1. 15 to 20 minutes about the company, the products and the opportunity
  2. Live Presentation Call
    1. Two reasons to invite someone to the live call
      1. To provide your prospect with a different perspective
      2. To show examples of what it might be like working together with you as marketing partners
    2. 5 or 6 guests
      1. i.      excited
      2. ii.      curious
      3. iii.      enthusiastic
    3. Helps present the opportunity for a trial close of your  prospect
