Recruiting is easy when we become a person worth  meeting with an idea worth sharing. That’s the foundation of Alex’s story of building relationships. That’s the whole idea of attraction marketing. When the man, and I always use the word man generically, because it refers to men and women, and I’m well aware of the high percentage of women who are networking as opposed to men. When the man with the money meets the man with the idea, the man with the idea gets the money, and the man with the money gets the idea. And you know what, everyone wins.
