Recruiting is easy when we become a person worth meeting with an idea worth sharing. That’s the foundation of Alex’s story of building relationships. That’s the whole idea of attraction marketing. Now, listen to this, and see if this makes sense. If you become that person worth meeting with an idea worth sharing, here’s what happens every time. When the man, and I always use the word man generically, because it refers to men and women, and I’m well aware of the high percentage of women who are networking as opposed to men. When the man with the money meets the man with the idea, the man with the idea gets the money, and the man with the money gets the idea. And you know what, everyone wins. You guys get the idea on that?
Now, I want to give you one other thing before we get into some real nuts and bolts here. Here’s your benchmark. this is what you are shooting for. You only want to recruit those who want, need and will accept your help. When you’ve reached the point where somebody’s got a credit card, regardless of the level, and they want to get involved….
